About our roast.

Each batch is roasted in small quantities using traditional methods passed down through generations. We source our beans exclusively from the Ethiopian highlands, where coffee originated.

Single Origin

Our slow-roast process brings out the natural flavors of the bean — notes of dark chocolate, citrus, and wild berries. Every bag is sealed fresh to preserve the aroma and taste.
